Aoashi Summary
Synopsis. Aoashi tells the story of young Ashito Aoi in his third year at Ehime City Middle School and his meeting with football coach Tatsuya Fukuda. Ashito, although talented, is a difficult boy, but Fukuda believes in him and invites him to join his own team. Ashito could well change the face of Japanese football.
In a calm country town, the spotlight of a nearby middle school football crew lays on one player: Ashito Aoi. Known for his unusual moves and narcissistic playing style, Ashito is the sole stalwart pushing his group through a significant secondary school primer competition.
However, their success streak is brief — an adversary makes Ashito blow his top and act fiercely, bringing about his expulsion from the remainder of the game. Without their headliner, the group is immediately wiped out from the competition.
Similarly, as he accepts everything trust is lost, Ashito is drawn nearer by an adolescent group mentor named Tatsuya Fukuda who detects potential in him, and Fukuda welcomes him for tryouts in Tokyo. In a new setting encompassed by ability, Ashito should draw out the best of his capacity to show off his abilities and secure what could be a groundbreaking profession.
